01 In four steps

How it works

Four steps, around ten minutes the first time — the first three are free.

1. Add your CV once Upload the CV you already have — a file or a screenshot. gupp reads out positions, dates, responsibilities, qualifications and education and stores them in a structured form. You do this once; after that it's ready for every application.
2. Paste the job ad Copy in the text of the ad. gupp breaks it into individual requirements and weighs which ones actually carry the decision and which are merely nice to have.
3. Review the match, close the gaps You get a free score from 0 to 100 — and for every single requirement the reasoning behind why it counts as met, partly met or open. Where something is missing, gupp asks. Often the relevant experience exists and was simply never written down.
4. Generate the documents Out of the match come a CV tailored to the role and a cover letter that refers to the requirements of the ad rather than to stock phrases. This costs 1.99 € for that one application. Both are editable before you use them.

Job-Fit-Check: the question before the application

Sometimes the real question isn't how to apply for a role but whether it suits you at all. The Job-Fit-Check is a separate one-off purchase: 17 statements about how you like to work, evaluated across five dimensions — where your energy comes from, how you decide, what you orient your career towards, how you work, how you operate in a team.

The result is an archetype with an assessment of the kinds of roles and environments you tend to do well in. It is not a psychological assessment and not a test you can pass or fail — an orientation aid, nothing more.
